Large Air Blast Machine BP-3000

Large capacity 1,000L dual nozzle blast tank

This is a world-standard air blast tank that can be used not only domestically but also overseas. It comes standard with a metering valve, the "Thompson type valve," which allows for fine adjustment of abrasive materials and accommodates a variety of abrasives. It is economically advantageous as it can reduce abrasive consumption. Various types of nozzles can be used; the nozzle is the injection port attached to the end of the blast hose. There are various types and shapes available, allowing selection based on injection patterns, injection speeds, and compatible abrasives. It enables high-pressure blasting operations and is a new air blast machine aimed at improving productivity, extending the length of blast hoses, and reducing abrasive usage. An option for an aftercooler and a drain tank model is also available.
